Thesis deals with the streamlining of the existing KANBAN system through digitization in the production plant ENHAL technology s.r.o., which supplies components to cars and trucks. The current system is based on multi-use card and EAN code labelling, digitisation and the use of disposable cards and EAN code to avoid errors in monitoring the flow of material from the production line to the transport …more
