Risk Factors of work in Health Service

Abstract:

Cílem mé celé práce je upozornit na velké množství rizikových faktorů, které se ve zdravotnictví vyskytují. Tyto rizikové faktory se nacházejí při práci sester nejen v nemoc-nicích na jednotlivých odděleních, ale také v ambulancích. Má práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V části teoretické jsou popsány nejčastěji vyskytující se rizikové faktory, které ovliv-ňují fyzickou i psychickou stránku zdravotnického pracovníka. Poté se teoretická část za-bývá jedním z nejrizikovějších faktorů a tím je samotný pacient. V závěru teoretické části se zabývám tzv. ,,obtížným neboli agresivním pacientem`` a agresivitou vůbec, jenž má největší vliv na práci sester. V praktické části se zabývám reakcí sester na agresivní pacienty. Šetření jsem provedla dotazníkovou metodou, kde jsem zjišťovala postoje zdravotnických pracovníků při kontaktu s agresivním pacientem. Zjišťuji četnost setkání zdravotníků s těmito pacienty, dále jejich nejčastější příčinu agrese, a řešení vážnějších konfliktů.

Abstract:

Objective of my whole work is to bring attention to huge amount of risk factors which have occurred in health care. These risk factors you can find at work of nurses wor-king not only in different sections of hospitals, but also in ambulances. My work is divided in two parts. Theory part is describing most occurred risk factors which have impact on physical and mental state of health workers Secondly, theory is describing most risky factor which is patient alone. At the end of theory part I am describing so called "difficult or aggressive patient" and aggression at all which has huge impact on work of nurses. In practical part I am describing reactions of nurses working with aggressive patients. I am working on questionnaire in which I state ten basic questions and finding attitude of health workers coming to contact with aggressive patients. Trying to find out how often do nurses or any other health care worker come to contact with these patients, what is patients reason for aggression and how are health workers coping with most difficult conflicts.
