Organizational structure of multinational companies

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je popis a analýza organizační struktury nadnárodní společnosti. V teoretické části práce je popsána správa a řízení společností, formy vstupu na zahraniční trhy, organizační strategie, organizační struktury a organizační kultura. Poznatky získané v teoretické části jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části, kde je představena společnost Saint-Gobain, následně je provedena analýza správy a řízení společnosti, organizační strategie, organizační struktury a podnikové kultury. V závěru práce je provedeno posouzení uspořádání nadnárodní společnosti a jsou dány návrhy na možná zlepšení.

Abstract:

The subject of this master‘s thesis is to describe and analyze the organizational structure of multinational companies. The theoretical part describes Corporate Governance, forms of entry into foreign markets, organizational strategy, organizational structure and corporate culture. The knowledge gained in the theoretical part is then applied in the practical part, where Saint-Gobain company is introduced, followed by an analysis of Corporate Governance, organizational strategy, organizational structure and corporate culture. In conclusion of the thesis, an assessment of multinational company arrangement is presented and suggestions for possible improvements are proposed.
