Role of gut microbiome in liver diseases
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí dosavadních poznatků o chronických onemocněních jater a roli střevního mikrobiomu v jejich patogenezi. První kapitoly obsahují obecné informace o střevním mikrobiomu a játrech, v dalších se věnuji jednotlivým jaterním onemocněním a na konci práce jsou stručně popsány možnosti léčby těchto onemocnění pomocí manipulace se střevním mikrobiomem.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the current knowledge about chronic liver diseases and the role of intestinal microbiome in their pathogenesis.
