Souhrn: V této práci jsem se v úvodu teoretické části snažila poukázat na problematiku obezity, na její etiologii, diagnostiku, léčbu, prevenci a také na závažnost jejích komorbidit. Summary: The introduction of my bachelor thesis is focused on obesity, etiology, diagnostics, treatment, and prevention. Subsequently, I observed seriousness of comorbidities. The next significant part of the thesis is aimed at investigation of the H.E.A.T. PROGRAM as a relative new sport method among fitness activities in treatment of obesity by means physical activity.
