Coatings of ophthalmic lenses- physics principle

Abstract:

Tato práce představuje typy povrchových úprav brýlových čoček. Popisuje význam, výrobu a specifika jednotlivých úprav, rovněž obsahuje hrubý popis fyzikálních principů, uplatňujících se při výrobě a konstrukci úprav. V první části shrnuje obecné fyzikální zákonitosti, které jsou ve vztahu k tématu, dále pak následuje stručný úvod do typů materiálů brýlových čoček a jejich vlastností. Následuje hlavní část, kde se přistupuje k popisu jednotlivých úprav. Práce věnuje pozornost zejména plastovým čočkám. V oblasti skleněných čoček se věnuje jen jejich specifikům.

Abstract:

This work, present the types of coating of ophthalmic lenses. The work describes the importance, manufactory and specifics, single types of coating. This work also contains description of physics processes, which are applied in manufactory and constructions of the coating. In first part of work, are summarize general physics laws, which are in relative to the topic. Followed by brief introduction of the ophthalmic lenses materials types and their properties. In the main part are described coating procedures. This work is focused to plastics ophthalmic lenses, describes only specifics in coating manufacture of glass ophthalmic lenses.
