Social Service Risk Identification in the Sheltered Housing

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Identifikace rizik v sociální službě chráněného bydlení" pojednává o problematice mapování rizik v sociální službě chráněného bydlení s cílovou skupinou osoby s mentálním postižením. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na uvedení chráněného bydlení do systému sociálních služeb v České republice, pozornost je věnována specifikaci cílové skupiny osoby s mentálním postižením. Podstatnou součástí je uchopení procesu práce s riziky, která se mohou při užívání této služby vyskytnout. Praktická část se opírá o polostrukturované rozhovory s potencionálními uživateli vznikající sociální služby chráněného bydlení a s jejich blízkými osobami. Kompletní pohled na rizika v sociální službě chráněného bydlení jsou doplněna brainstormingem pracovníků chráněného bydlení, v němž tento kvalitativní výzkum probíhal. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat rizika v sociální službě chráněného bydlení pro osoby s mentálním postižením.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis "Risks Identification in Social Service of the Sheltered Housing" discusses about mapping of risks in social service of the sheltered housing with target group of person with mental disabilities. The theoretical part focuses on bringing sheltered housing in the social service system in the Czech Republic, attention is paid to the specification of the target group person with mental disabilities. A substantial part of the work process is grasping of risks that may occur during the use of this service. The practical part is based on semistructured interviews with potential users of the social services of the sheltered housing, and with their loved ones. Complete view of the risks in the social service of the sheltered housing are complemented by brainstorming of the sheltered housing workers in which this qualitative research was conducted. Aim of this thesis is to map risks in social service of the sheltered housing for people with mental disabilities.
