Diplomová práce se věnuje demografickému stárnutí populace v České republice. V úvodu práce je zanalyzován vývoj stárnutí populace a popsání aktuální situace v České republice. Dále je v práci uveden ucelený přehled změn, které je třeba učinit, aby negativní dopady stárnutí byly co nejmenší zátěží pro ekonomiku i společnost. This diploma thesis is dedicated to the demographic aging of the population in the Czech Republic.
