Abstract:

Hlavní cíl této diplomové práce představuje analýza komunálních voleb ve městech a obcích s radou na okrese Nový Jičín v letech 1994-2010. V teoretické části práce budou definovány pojmy jako komunální volby, obec, koalice a typologie exekutivních koalic. Následně budou uvedeny výsledky komunálních voleb na úrovni okresu Nový Jičín, Moravskoslezského kraje a České republiky. V rámci sledovaného vzorku 26ti obcí budou zkoumány volební výsledky jednotlivých kandidátních listin, počty vítězství politických stran či získané mandáty v zastupitelstvech. Zjišťovány budou také údaje týkající se přítomnosti a získaných křesel jednotlivých subjektů v radách obcí, vytvořených exekutivních koalic a obsazení postu starosty. V závěru práce budou tato data analyzována a budou také zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

The main goal of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the municipal elections in the towns and the municipalities with the council in the district of Nový Jičín within 1994-2010. In the theoretical part, there will be defined terms as municipal elections, municipality, coalition and typology of executive coalitions. After that, the results at the level of Nový Jičín´s district, the Moravian silesian region and the Czech republic will be mentioned. In the framework of the observed sample of 26 municipalities, the elections results of the individual lists of candidates, victories of the political parties and gained mandates in the local governments will be researched. The information concerning the presence and the obtained mandates of the individual subjects in the local councils, created executive coalitions and gained seats of the mayor will be also surveyed. At the end of the work, these data will be analysed and the reseach questions will be answered.
