Plant Defense Mechanisms Against Fungal Pathogens
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou obrany rostlin proti plísním. Práce úvodem popisuje mechanismus imunitního systému rostlin a proces nákazy rostlin. Dále se zaměřuje na obranné mechanismy rostlin proti patogenům. V poslední části práce jsou popsány nejčastější metody používané k identifikaci plísní.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of plant defense against fungi. The thesis initially describes the mechanism of the immune system of plants and the process of plant infection. It also focuses on the defense mechanisms of plants against pathogens. In the last part of the work, the most common methods used to identify molds are described.
