Significant cultural monuments for tourism in Brno

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přínosem architektonicky a historicky významných objektů v městě Brně pro cestovní ruch a obohacení vědomostí návštěvníků významných objektů brněnské architektury. Jedná se o objekty individuální rodinné výstavby meziválečného období, a to vily Tugendhat, Stiassni, Löw-Beer a Jurkovičovu vilu. Objekty jsou společně nazývány Brněnské vilové kvarteto.Úvodem je práce zaměřena na problematiku cestovního ruchu ve vztahu k destinaci. Dále tematizuje historii a obecná fakta o vybraných kulturních památkách a popisuje jejich dosavadní roli v kultuře města Brna. Z dat poskytnutých institucemi spravující kulturní památky, a to údajů o návštěvnosti a ekonomické stránce provozu, je provedeno ekonomické vyhodnocení provozu uvedených památek. Závěrem práce je návrh na společnou budoucí spolupráci kulturních památek.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the contribution of architecturally and historically significant buildings in the city of Brno for tourism and enriching the knowledge of visitors of important buildings in Brno. Selected cultural monuments are objects of individual family construction of the interwar period, namely the Tugendhat, Stiassni, Löw-Beer and Jurkovič Villa. Together they are called the Brněnské vilové kvarteto.In the beginning, the work is focused on the issue of tourism in relation to the destination. It also deals with the history and general facts about selected cultural monuments and describes their current role in the culture of Brno. From the data provided by the institutions managing selected cultural monuments, such asa data on attendance and economic aspects of the operation, an economic evaluation of the operation of the listed monuments, is carried out. The conclusion of the thesis is a proposal for joint future cooperation of selected cultural monuments.
