ICT infrastructure optimization in consideration of TCO and concluded SLA
Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci ICT infrastruktury společnosti Sofo Group a.s.. Vyhodnocuje náklady na provoz z pohledu TCO a dostupnost interní infrastruktury na základě stávajících SLA smluv. Analyzuje také nedostatky ve stávajícím hardware a navrhuje alternativní řešení formou outsourcingu serverů. Dále doporučuje zavedení vhodných procesů řízení služeb pomocí ITIL.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is aimed at the ICT infrastructure optimization of Sofo Group a.s. company. It evaluates Total Costs of ownership (TCO) and infrastructure availability in consideration of concluded Service Level Agreements (SLA).
