Abstract:
Cílem naší práce bylo zjistit, zda N-terminální pro brain natriuretický peptid (NT-proBNP) lze použít v klinické praxi jako neinvazivní marker rejekce po transplantaci srdce (TS). Závěry: Koncentrace NT-proBNP jsou u pacientů po TS zvýšené a zvyšují se s renální insuficiencí. Abstract:
Aim: The aim of our study was to determine whether N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) could be used in clinical practice as a non-invasive marker of graft rejection after heart transplantation (HTx).
