Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce Revitalizace brownfields v Olomoucké aglomeraci: přístupy, klasifikace, evaluace je analýza socio-ekonomických a environmentálních dopadů brownfields na obyvatele Olomoucké aglomerace a na region samotný. V úvodu jsou definovány klíčové charakteristiky a klasifikace, jež tvoří neodmyslitelnou část pro pochopení problematiky. Dále práce porovnává a vyhodnocuje přístupy k otázce revitalizace ve zkoumaném území na příkladu měst Olomouce, Prostějova a Přerova. Výsledkem zkoumání je návrh vhodných řešení pro optimalizaci využití brownfields ve zvolené oblasti.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis Brownfields revitalization in the Olomouc agglomeration: approaches, classification, evaluation is to analyze the socio-economic and environmental impacts of brownfields on the residents of the Olomouc agglomeration and also on the region itself. The introduction defines key characteristics and classifications, that form an essential part for understanding the problem. Furthermore, the thesis compares and evaluates approaches to the issue of revitalization in the surveyed area on the example of the following cities: Olomouc, Prostejov and Prerov. The result of the study is to design suitable solutions for optimizing the use of brownfields in the selected area.
