Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti agenturních zaměstnanců, kteří pracují na nekvalifikovaných a pomocných pracovních pozicích. This bachelor thesis deals with work satisfaction of job agency employees working as blue-collar workers. This thesis is separated into two parts.
