Abstract:

Práce se zabývá muslimskou menšinu v SRN. Vznikem a vývojem muslimských komunit a jejich vztahy s německou veřejností i úřady. Samostatné kapitoly jsou věnovány problému integrace této skupiny do většinové společnosti a důvodům, které procesu úspěšné integrace brání, dále pak rozlišení zdánlivých a skutečných nebezpečí, která z islámu pro Německo stejně jako pro celou Evropu vyplývají. Problematika muslimské menšiny v Německu má mimo jiné pomocí konkrétních příkladů z německé justice demonstrovat, že projekt multikulturní společnosti, v níž je zastoupen prvek islámu, má značné trhliny.

Abstract:

This work deals with the German Muslim minority, the development of the Muslim communities and their relationship with German public and authorities. Individual chapters are focused on the issue of this group's integration into the majority society, on the reasons hindering its success, and then on distinguishing real threats of Islam for both Germany and whole Europe from only seeming threats. The German Muslim minority question is by using particular examples from German justice to demonstrate, that the multicultural society project, in which Islam takes part, contains serious shortages.
