Předmětem diplomové práce je provozování hazardních her před a po účinnosti nového zákona z pohledu kontrolních orgánů. První část je zaměřena na účinnost zákona o loteriích a jiných podobných hrách, na jeho legislativní rámec a roztříštěnost kontrolní činnosti. The subject of the thesis is the operation of gambling games before and after the effectiveness of the new law from the perspective of the supervisory authorities.
