Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomické efektivnosti vybrané investice. V teoretické části práce je nejprve obecně vymezena investice a specifikován proces investičního rozhodování. Následně jsou klasifikovány investiční projekty podle různých hledisek a charakterizovány samotné metody hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic. The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic efficiency of a selected investment. The theoretical part of the thesis first defines the investment in general and specifies the investment decision-making process.
