Cieľom práce je na základe komparácie metód oceňovania nehnuteľností rozhodnúť o optimálnej metóde a oceniť vybranú nehnuteľnosť. Moja práca obsahuje úvod, v ktorom je obsiahnutá problematika, 3 kapitoly pozostávajúce z teoretickej časti základných pojmov, charakteristiky nehnuteľností a vysvetlenie metód ohodnocovania.
