Abstract:
Úkolem bakalářské práce bylo prověřit možnost využití fenchenu pro syntézu 1,6-substituovaných derivátů tricyklo[3.2.0.0(2,6)]heptanu. Byla provedena literární rešerše tématu a navržena cesta začínající oxidací fenchenu na apokafr. Fenchen byl úspěšně připraven podle publikované procedury z endo-fencholu. Abstract:
We wanted to examine useage of alpha-fenchene for synthesis of 1,6-disubstituted tricyklo[3.2.0.0(2,6)]heptan derivatives. First of all, we successfully prepared alpha-fenchene. Next step - oxidation of alpha-fenchene to apocamphor - was not effective, because we obtained a mixture of products.
