Bakalářské práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu na založení a následný provoz restaurace v Praze. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy k podnikání, právní formy podnikání, a na strukturu a obsah podnikatelského plánu. The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment and subsequent operation of a restaurant in Prague. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, legal forms of entrepreneurship, and on the structure and content of the business plan.
