Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou při navrhování vtokové soustavy pro odlitek pístu spalovacího motoru o objemu 1,4l . Pro ověření správnosti navrhovaných vtokových soustav je používán software MagmaSoft V4.4. S jeho pomocí bude optimalizované nastavení odlévání hliníkové slitiny a vtokovou soustavu s nálitky pro odlití pístu s ohledem na minimalizaci vad v odlitku a s ohledem ke konečnému obrobku …more
Abstract:
Bachelor work is concerned with the problems of ingate system design for the casting of piston for combustion engine with 1,4l capacity. For confirmation of our ingate design is used software MagmaSoft V4.4. This software will be used for optimal setting of aluminium alloy casting, ingate system and riser size with reference to minimize defect in the casting and finishing piston.
