Abstract:
V současné době máme k dispozici dostatečné množství informací pro zkoumání struktury jednotlivých proteinových rodin. Klíčovým krokem pro studium struktury proteinových rodin je jejich vizualizace. Currently, we have sufficient information to investigate the structure of individual protein families. A key step for studying the structure of protein families is their visualization.
