The research work aims to evaluate the degree of sensitivity of employees to financial incentives depending on financial pressure. Financial incentives are used to increase the effectivity of employees. Nevertheless, the lack of research investigating the effect on employees with attachment of earnings points to a lack of knowledge of this issue to date.
