Abstract:
Prezentovaná diplomová práce Analýza obchodního modelu údržby ERP systému a návrh na jeho zlepšení se zabývá udržovací fází životního cyklu ERP systému z pohledu společnosti zabývající se ne jen jeho prodejem, ale také vývojem. Cílem bylo zjistit, jestli je možné nevylepšovat jen samotný software, což s sebou nese i mírné negativní důsledky, ale vylepšit vnitřní proces společnosti.

The presented diploma thesis ERP Software Company – analysis of the version maintenance business model and its improvement focuses on maintenance phase of ERP lifecycle from the point of view of a company which not only sells ERP system but also develops it.
