Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je popsat, co je to viktimologie a také přiblížit pojmy, které spadají do oblasti pomoci obětem trestných činů. Následuje systém pomoci obětem trestných činů v České republice, jež popisuje subjekty, které pomoc obětem trestných činů poskytují a také následují informace o psychologických dopadech na oběť. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe what victimology is and also to introduce the concepts, that fall within the field of crime victim assistance. This is followed by the system of assistance to victims of crime in the Czech Republic, which describes the entities that provide assistance to victims of crime and also follows information about the psychological effects on the victim.
