Regulation of reproduction techniques and development of copyright protection of works of art
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj reprodukčních technik uměleckých děl a jejich regulací, dále na historii autorského práva, jeho vymáhání a porušování. Při zpracovávání práce byly použity metody analýzy a syntézy, podklady byly čerpány z odborné literatury, legislativních dokumentů a dokumentů výkonné moci.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of reproduction techniques of works of art and their regulation, as well as on the history of copyright, its enforcement and infringement. Methods of analysis and synthesis were used in the processing of the work, the data were drawn from professional literature, legislative documents and documents of the executive branch.
