Motivation of adults and children in the educational process

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce je věnována tématu vzdělávání dětí a dospělých. Vzhledem k tomu, že při vzdělávání hraje důležitou roli motivace k této činnosti, věnuji se v této práci rozdílům motivace v edukačním procesu dětí a dospělých. Teoretická část práce je věnována vysvětlení základních pojmů, jako je motivace či emoce v edukačním procesu. Seznamuje také s problematikou vnitřní a vnější motivace u dětí i dospělých, informuje o tom, jaké faktory motivaci k učení u obou skupin snižují. Cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku, jaký druh motivace a jaký styl učení v praxi převládá u žáků v adolescentním období a jaký u dospělých, kteří navštěvují vybranou školu.

Abstract:

Presented thesis deals with the topic of education process of children and adults. Due to the fact that the motivation plays an important role in the education process, the work mainly deals with motivation differences in the educational process of children and adults. The theoretical part explains the basic terms such as motivation or emotions in the educational process. It also acquaint with the classification of internal and external motivation of children and adults, it further informs about the factors that reduce the motivation for learning in both groups. The aim of the work is to reply the question what kind of motivation and what kind of learning style prevails among adolescent students and adult students attending chosen school.
