Problematika zaměstnaneckých výhod, nebo také benefitů, se v poslední době stává velmi aktuální, a to hned z několika důvodů. Jedním z nich je, že se snižuje nezaměstnanost a tím pádem je stále obtížnější získat nové zaměstnance. The issue of employee benefits is, for several reasons, becoming very contemporary. One of them is the unemployment decreases and, thus, it being harder and harder to get new employees. In response, employers keep searching for other ways (besides the possible increase of salaries and wages) to not only seduce, but keep the acquired employees.
