Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá obligačními prostředky zajištění závazků a utvrzením dluhu. Diplomová práce obsahuje stručný popis historie závazkových práv, definice základních pojmů a popis jednotlivých prostředků zajištění závazků a utvrzení dluhu. Poslední kapitola se věnuje zajištění závazků v mezinárodním právu soukromém.
Abstract:
This thesis is about obligational means of securing liabilities and confirming the debt. The thesis contains a brief description of the history of obligations, definitions of basic terms and description of individual means of securing obligations and debt confirmation. The last chapter is about securing obligations in private international law.
