Obsahem bakalářské práce je porovnání teorie řízení podniku, která je uváděna v odborné literatuře s praxí v podniku, ve kterém pracuji. Na základě těchto zjištění budu dále popisovat možnosti změn, které lze aplikovat a příklady, které naopak aplikovat nelze.
