Marketing comunication in a selected business entity

Abstract:

The aim of Diploma work is the analysis of marketing communications company Sauer – Danfoss a.s. Povazska Bystrica design assumptions and recommendations for its improvement. Diploma work is divided into three main chapters which have their individual segmentation. The first chapter is mainly processed by description discussed the concept and characteristics of marketing communication. It addressed the purpose and form of business communication in a separate subchapter shall be paid to the image of the company. The second chapter analyzes the tools of marketing communication internal communications is characterized and deals with its phases and forms. In a separate subchapter shall be paid to the goals of internal communications. The third chapter is specifically devoted to internal communications company Sauer – Danfoss a.s. Povazska Bystrica. Attention is paid to the current company profile origins and history examines corporate philosophy and marketing communications company. In conclusion makes suggestions challenges and recommendations for its improvement. A separate subchapter addressed the current situation company Sauer – Danfoss a.s. Povazska Bystrica. In the diploma work are 2 tables 4 photos and 5 schemes.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce je Analýza marketingovej komunikácie v spoločnosti Sauer - Danfoss a.s. Považská Bystrica, navrhnutie východísk a odporúčaní pre jej zlepšenie. Práca je rozdelená do troch hlavných kapitol, ktoré majú svoje jednotlivé členenia. Prvá kapitola je spracovaná hlavne metódou deskripcie, rozoberá pojem a charakteristiku marketingovej komunikácie. Zaoberá sa účelom a formami komunikácie podniku, v samostatnej podkapitole sa venuje imidžu podniku. Druhá kapitola analyzuje nástroje marketingovej komunikácie, charakterizuje vnútropodnikovú komunikáciu, zaoberá sa jej fázami a tiež formami. V samostatnej podkapitole predstavuje ciele vnútropodnikovej komunikácie. Tretia kapitola je osobitne venovaná vnútropodnikovej komunikácií v spoločnosti Sauer - Danfoss a.s. Považská Bystrica. Venuje sa aktuálnemu profilu spoločnosti, vzniku a tiež histórií spoločnosti, rozoberá firemnú filozofiu a marketingovú komunikáciu v spoločnosti. V závere predkladá návrhy, výzvy a odporúčania pre jej zlepšenie. Samostatnú podkapitolu venuje aj aktuálnej situácií v spoločnosti. V diplomovej práci sa nachádzajú 2 tabuľky, 4 obrázky a 5 schém.
