Analgesia and sedation for patients with non traumatic conditions in pre-hospital emergency

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením bolesti u netraumatických stavů v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část začíná definicí bolesti, popisem druhů bolestí, dále bolestí jako příznaku, pro který je zdravotnická péče vyhledávána. Samostatná kapitola je také věnována možnostem ovlivnění bolesti a neklidu v přednemocniční neodkladné péči, a to formou farmakologickou. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá popisem netraumatických stavů, u kterých je analgézie, sedace či analgosedace využívána. Praktická část zkoumá pomocí dotazníku, zda je pro záchranáře podstatná doba dojezdu do zdravotnického zařízení při rozhodování o analgézii či sedaci, další otázky řeší zkušenosti záchranářů s telefonickou konzultací s lékaři a poslední část otázek zjišťuje, zda se u vybraných netraumatických stavů analgetizuje či seduje a jaká farmaka a jejich kombinace se nejčastěji využívají.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the solution of pain at non-traumatic states in pre-hospital emergency care. It consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the definition of pain, types of pain, as well as the pain as a symptom for which medical care is needed. A separate chapter is devoted to the possibilities of influencing the pain and anxiety in pre-hospital emergency care in the pharmacological form. The last part of the theoretical one deals with the description of non-traumatic states where the analgesia, sedation or analgesic sedation is, used. The practical part examines by means of a questionnaire, whether it is important for rescuers while deciding on analgesia or sedation the drive time to medical institution, other questions deal experience of rescuers by telephone consultations with doctors and the last set of questions determines if analgesia or sedation are, used at the selected non-traumatic states, and what drugs and their combination are most commonly used.
