V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme Listu o prohlídce zemřelého, kdy největší důraz klademe na zaznamenávání diagnóz a na následné kódování a vybrání hlavní příčiny smrti. Celkově můžeme práci rozdělit na její teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce se seznámíme s Listem o prohlídce zemřelého, jeho historií a částmi. In this bachelor thesis we deal with the death certificate, where we focus primarily on recording diagnoses and then coding and selecting the underlying cause of death. We can divide this thesis into its theorical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we will study the death certificate, its history and parts.
