The Resolution of International Investment Disputes
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou řešení mezinárodních sporů z investic. Obsahem práce jsou základní fakta o investicích, dohody o podpoře a ochraně investic, komparace mechanismů řešení sporů z investic. V závěrečných kapitolách bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny konkrétní příklady řešení sporů z investic v souvislosti s Českou republikou a jinými státy Evropské unie.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with question about resolution of international investment disputes. Thesis contents basic facts about investment, bilateral investment treaty, comparsion of mechanics of resolution of investment disputes. In closing chapters of this thesis are particular examples of resolution of investment disputes in relation with Czech republic and other EU states.
