Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice financování developerských projektů na území ČR se zaměřením na využití vlastních zdrojů, bankovního úvěru, zálohy z prodeje bytových jednotek a zálohy z prodeje obchodního podílu. The diploma thesis covers the topic of the financing of the development projects in the Czech Republic, with focus of usage of own resources, bank financing loans, pre-payments from sale of the residential units and a down payment from the sale of shares of the SPV.
