An usage of hydrotherapy procedures and masseuse touch as a regeneration for soccer players - multimedia material

Abstract:

Výsledkem této závěrečné práce nevýzkumného charakteru je vytvoření multimediálního materiálu, který je určen hráčům fotbalu, učitelům, trenérům a široké veřejnosti pro rozšíření znalostí v oblasti regenerace. Tento studijní materiál spojuje text s audiovizuálním záznamem v jeden celek. V samostatném textu je řešena důležitost regenerace s ohledem na značný výskyt úrazů a snahou o dosahování maximálních výkonů hráče fotbalu. V návaznosti na tyto aspekty jsou v práci podrobně rozebrány možnosti regenerace konkrétními biologickými prostředky, které jsou v největší míře ovlivnitelné samotným sportovcem. Audiovizuální záznam je prezentován v podobě šedesáti osmi instruktážních videosekvencí s komentáři, sloužícími k názornosti vybraných biologických prostředků, jako jsou vodní procedury, masáže a kompenzační cvičení.

Abstract:

Summary Biological instruments of regeneration in footballer ? multimedia material The result of this non-research character is the creation of multimedia material which is intended for players of soccer trainers, teachers, and the general public for the extension of knowledge in the field of regeneration. This study combines text with the audiovisual record in a single unit. In the text, dealt with the importance of regeneration with regard to the significant occurrence of accidents and to try to achieve the maximum performance of soccer players. In the wake of these aspects are dealt with in detail in the work of regeneration options specific biological resources, which are mostly influenced by the athlete. Audiovisual recording is presented in the form of sixty eight instructional video with comments, to the suggestive power of selected biological resources, such as water treatments, massages and compensatory exercises.
