The Influence of termination of Liner conferences on service and price level of shipowners
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje především na problematiku trhu námořní kontejnerové přepravy. Dává si za úkol najít, popsat a zanalyzovat dopady rozhodnutí Evropské komise o zrušení blokové výjimky pro námořní liniové konference ze soutěžního práva EU, a jejich vliv na cenovou hladinu rejdařů a poskytovaný servis.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused primarily on issues of container shipping marketplace. It has a task of find, describe and analyze the Repeal of the Liner Conference Exemption from European Union Competition Law, and their influence on the price level of shipowners and offered service.
