Tato práce se zabývá problematikou konzumace jedlého hmyzu. Teoretická část popisuje základní informace o entomofagii, nutričním složení jedlého hmyzu a možnostech začlenění do výživy, také o výhodách a negativních aspektech jeho konzumace. Abstract:
The Master’s thesis addresses the issue of consuming edible insects. In the theoretical part the basic information about entomophagy are described. The nutritional values of edible insects, the possibilities of inclusion into diet, and the pros and cons of its consumption are described.
