Abstract:
Cílem této práce je implementace algoritmu pro výpočet a zobrazení povrchu molekuly jeho integrace do systému CAVER Viewer. Tento algoritmus je rovněž použitelný k vizualizaci proteinových tunelů.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to implement a molecular surface computation and visualisation algorithm and to integrate it to the Caver Viewer application. This algorithm can also be used for protein channel visualisation.
