Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na vysvetlenie pojmu nekalá súťaž. Nemá slúžiť ako žiaden odborný text a ani ako nejaké skriptum pre študentov. Mojím cieľom je, aby sa moja bakalárska práca stala zdrojom pre všetkých, ktorých táto téma zaujíma, resp. aby zaujala tých, ktorí o tom pojme niekedy počuli, nevedia si vysvetliť, čo to znamená, a nevedia sa dostatočne orientovať sa v rámci zákonov.
