Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání systémů řízení výuky používaných na VŠE v post-covidovém období. Pandemie donutila vysoké školy rychle reagovat na rychle se měnící situaci a přejít na online výuku. Studenti začali v této době používat systémy pro online správu výuky a další digitální nástroje. Přizpůsobili se novému stylu výuky a změnili své požadavky na software, jaky podporuje jejich vzdělávací proces. V této práci jsem hodnotila používané systémy pro správu výuky, jak se změnily potřeby studentů na digitální nástroje a co lze udělat pro zlepšení zkušeností studentů v této době. To bylo dosaženo pomocí metod Human Centred Design a principů UX, které staví uživatele, studenta, do centra design procesu. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují potřebu flexibilnějšího hybridního stylu výuky, využití nových digitálních nástrojů pro řízení výuky a týmovou práci, a potřebu chatů a videohovorů s profesory. Pokud jde o hlavní problémy, studenti uvedli, že pro profesory je obtížné přizpůsobit se novému stylu a že potřebují více školení s novými digitálními nástroji. Rovněž uvedli, že je to hlavní důvod, proč nejsou digitální nástroje využívány naplno, což by zlepšilo zážitek z výuky. Navrhovaná řešení pro zlepšení současných uživatelských zkušeností studentů vycházela z úpravy problematických funkcí interního systému VŠE - InSIS.

Abstract:

This master thesis is focused on examining the learning management systems used at VSE during the post-covid period. The pandemic forced universities to react quickly to the rapidly changing situation and shift to online learning. Students began to use other learning management systems and digital tools around this time. They adapted to a new educational style and altered their software requirements to support their educational process. In this thesis, I evaluated the used learning management systems, how students' needs for digital tools have changed, and what can be done to improve students' post-covid experience. This was accomplished through the use of Human Centred Design methods and UX principles, which place the user, the student, at the centre of the design process. The research results show the need for more flexible hybrid style education, the use of new digital tools for education management and teamwork, and the need for chats and video calls with professors. Regarding the main issues, students stated that it was difficult for professors to adapt to the new style and that they needed more training with the new digital tools. They also stated that it is the primary reason that digital tools are not being used to their full potential, which would improve the education experience. The proposed solutions for improving current students' user experience were based on the modification of problematic functions of the internal VSE - InSIS.
