Diplomová práce se zabývá pohledem na trestní odpovědnost za závažné činy. Nalezneme zde historický vývoj trestního práva a přehled pojmů. Stěžejním bodem jsou trestné činy proti životu a zdraví, jejich ochrana zakotvená v Listině základních práv a svobod. Českou právní úpravu srovnávám i se slovenskou právní úpravou. This thesis is concerned with a view to criminal liability for serious offenses. Here we find the historical development of criminal law and an overview of concepts.
