Abstract:
Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je právní úprava revitalizací vodních toků a cílem je pak popis procesu revitalizací vodních toků u nás a zhodnocení současného právního stavu se zaměřením na klady a především jeho nedostatky. Práce zachycuje proces od plánů povodí přes dotační zdroje, územní a vodoprávní řízení až po kolaudační souhlas a následnou správu revitalizovaného úseku. V závěru diplomové práce …more

The main topic of the thesis is the legislation of revitalization of water flows, and the objective is to describe the process of revitalization of our watercourses and evaluation of the current legal situation focusing on the positives and mainly on its shortcomings.
