Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na firemní kulturu jako faktor ovlivňující spokojenost zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. The bachelor thesis is focused on corporate culture as a factor influencing employee satisfaction. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the function, typology and elements of corporate culture and specifies them in detail.
