Tato práce je zaměřena na zmapování úrovně znalostí postupů první pomoci u pracovníků lékáren. Obsahem teoretické části je charakteristika první pomoci, vyčlenění jejích konkrétních oblastí za účelem sestavení dotazníku, charakteristika jednotlivých skupin pracovníků lékáren, zohlednění platné legislativy ve vztahu k poskytování první pomoci. This paper focuses on mapping the knowledge of first aid procedures among pharmaceuitcal personnel. In the theoretical part, it outines what constitutes first aid and divides its characterestics into specific areas for the purposes of compiling the questionnaire used for the practical part.
