Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Financování růstu malých a středních podniků“ je analýza postupu při volbě strategie týkající se způsobu financování rozvoje podniku. Tento druh činnosti bezprostředně souvisí s rozhodováním, plánování a následným rozšířením struktury podniku. Úvodní část práce se zaměřuje na stanovení teoretického konceptu. Zabývá se tak majetkovou a kapitálovou strukturou podniku společně s možnostmi financování. V poslední části teoretického vymezení je věnována pozornost metodám pro analýzu stavu podniku. Praktická část se zaměřuje na popis a analýzu konkrétně zvolených postupů v reálném podniku a snaží se objasnit dopady těchto postupů na jeho strukturu.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor thesis „Financing the growth of the small and middle enterprises“ is an analysis of a strategy chosen for the financing of the development of the company. This type of activity is associated with the decision-making process, planning and subsequent expansion of the company’s structure. Initial part of the thesis aims to the theoretical concept. It deals with property and capital structure of the company with options of its financing. The last part of the theoretical concept is devoted to the methods for analyzing the state of the company. Practical part is aiming on a description and analysis of the chosen methods in actual company and its trying to reveal impacts of these methods on the company’s structure.
