Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce "Metody prevence a eliminace agresivního jednání v prostředí věznice" je na základě realizovaného výzkumného šetření zjistit možné příčiny agresivního jednání obviněných a odsouzených vězňů v prostředí věznice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části práce se zaobíráme obecnou charakteristikou vězeňského prostředí. Dále pak reakcí na uvěznění, právy a povinnostmi vězňů, jakož i z nich vyplývajícími odměnami a tresty. V neposlední řadě se také zabýváme aktivitami vězňů, programem zacházení s vězni a typologií pachatelů trestných činů. Z hlediska zaměření diplomové práce se podrobněji zabýváme poruchami chování, zejména jejich příčinami, motivací, klasifikací a příčinou, rozdělením a popisem agresivního chování. Závěr teoretické části se týká současných možností prevence agresivního jednání. Výzkumné šetření realizované v rámci empirické části bylo zaměřeno na analýzu obecných informací o respondentech, o jejich trestné činnosti, analýzu jejich pocitů, postojů a chování v prostředí věznice. První skupinu tvořilo 101 obviněných a odsouzených mužů v minulosti kázeňsky trestaných. Druhá skupina se skládala ze 103 obviněných a odsouzených mužů, kteří nikdy nebyli kázeňsky potrestáni, nebo byli pouze odměňováni. Pro statistické vyhodnocení dat získaných dotazníkovým šetřením bylo využito příslušného typu t-testu pro komparaci aritmetických průměrů dvou nezávislých výběrů dat. Z hlediska analýzy nominálních dat výzkumného šetření byla využita metoda chí-kvadrát test nezávislosti.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis "Methods of prevention and elimination of aggressive behaviour in the prison environment" is to find out on the basis of the realised research the possible causes of aggressive behaviour of accused and convicted prisoners in the prison environment and on that basis determine possible ways of prevention and elimination of this unwanted behavior. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part, we focused on the general characteristics of the prison environment. Further on the reaction to the arrest, on the rights and obligations of prisoners, as well as on the consequent rewards and punishments. Not least, we also deal with the activities of prisoners, treatment programs for prisoners and typology of the perpetrators of crimes. In terms of the focus of this thesis we deal in detail with behavioral disorders, particularly their causes, motivation, classification and furthermore with the cause, division and description of aggressive behaviour. The conclusion of the theoretical part concerns the current prevention options of aggressive behaviour. The research realized in the empirical part was focused on the analysis of general information on crime and criminal history of the respondents, analysis of their feelings, attitudes and their behaviour in the prison environment. The first group consisted of 101 accused and convicted men who have been previously disciplinary punished. The second group consisted of 103 accused and convicted men who have never been disciplined or who have been only repeatedly rewarded. For the statistical evaluation of data acquired through questionnaires appropriate type of t-test for comparison of the arithmetic average of two independent data selections were used. In terms of the nominal data research analysis the chi-square test of independence method was used.
