Abstract:
Tématem mé práce jsou kapitálové trhy České republiky a Turecka. V prvních dvou kapitolách popisuji jednotlivé trhy, jejich historii, institucionální strukturu a také vývoj jakým prošly. Snažím se i o nástin regulace a dozoru nad jednotlivými kapitálovými trhy. V poslední, třetí, kapitole jsem se pokusila dané kapitálové trhy srovnat a určit, z jakých důvodů se liší. Topic of my bachelor work is capital markets of Czech republic and Turkey. In the first two chapters i describing these merkets, theyr history, institutionali structure and development which was happend on them. I trying to show, how the regulatory and supervision working on these markets.
