Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat jak teoreticky, tak konstrukčně navrhnout přípojné vozidlo spadající do kategorie O1. V teoreticko-metodologické části se práce zabývá rozborem druhů přípojných vozidel a jejich využití v praxi, normovanými součástmi, které budou potřeba k sestrojení samotného vozidla, rozbory materiálů ideálních vlastností, popsat schéma elektronického zapojení a v neposlední řadě se důkladné seznámení s normami ohledně přípojných vozidel kategorie O1, podle kterých je vozidlo zkonstruováno a je technicky způsobilé pro užití na pozemních komunikacích. Aplikační část je zaměřená na určení jednotlivých materiálů, součástí, jejich rozměrů a hmotností. Následuje popis jednotlivých součástí vymodelovaných ve 3D programu, následné sestavení sestavy do finálního 3D modelu. V neposlední řadě je bakalářská práce zaměřena na sestavení návodu k údržbě a obsluze přípojného vozidla v českém jazyce.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to work out both theoretically and structurally the design of a trailer belonging to the O1 category. In the theoretical and methodological part, the thesis deals with the analysis of the types of trailers and their use in practice, the standardized components that will be needed to build the vehicle itself, the analysis of the materials of ideal properties, describe the electronic circuit diagram and last but not least, a thorough acquaintance with the standards regarding trailers of category O1, according to which the vehicle is constructed and is technically suitable for use on roads. The application part focuses on the determination of the individual materials, components, their dimensions and weights. This is followed by the description of the individual components modelled in 3D program, then the assembly of the assembly into the final 3D model. Last but not least, the bachelor thesis focuses on the compilation of the maintenance and operating instructions for the trailer in the Czech language.
